How it works?
Enter your website URL, mascot name and a small description of your mascot's personality. Add your email, and upload a mascot image. That’s all we need to get started.
Our crawler visits your most visited pages: home, pricing, docs, FAQ, etc. It extracts the website content and then stores a compiled knowledge base and structured page index on our servers so your mascot can answer questions quickly and accurately.
When your mascot is ready, there will be a small piece of HTML code (a script tag) you can paste into your site. Once it's live, visitors can tap the bubble and start talking right away.

Q&A
When you create your mascot, our crawler visits your most visited pages like home, pricing, docs, FAQ, etc. It extracts the content from each page.
We store a compiled knowledge base and structured page index on our servers. Your mascot uses that to answer visitor questions quickly and accurately, and point them to the right parts of your site.
When your mascot is ready, there will be a small piece of HTML code (a script tag) you can paste into your site.
If you built your site yourself, add it before the closing </body> tag. If you're using a website builder (Squarespace, Webflow, Wix, etc.), add a custom code block to your page or site footer and paste the script tag there. Once it's live, visitors can tap the bubble and start talking right away.
Yes. Currently, the mascot can scroll to sections on a page and even navigate to different pages, after which it can continue the conversation.
Only main pages are crawled for now, so it's less likely to guide visitors to very specific or buried content. We're working on improving this.
No, credits will be reset each month.
One credit covers roughly 3 minutes of active mascot conversation.
Actual usage depends on how many tokens are processed during each session. Longer answers or richer page context can use credits a little faster.
We remind you when your credits are about to run out via email, so you can upgrade on time.
If you don't upgrade, we'll charge you at the end of the current billing period for the overage credits used, based on your current plan.
Yes. When you create your mascot, we crawl your site and save a knowledge snapshot of how it looks at that moment. Your mascot won't automatically know about changes made after that.
We recommend creating a new mascot after major website updates. Reuse the same image, name, and description (it's worth keeping those details saved somewhere), and replace the mascot embed when the new one is ready. If you use the same email address, your existing plan carries over.
We're also working on a refresh function that will let you update your mascot's knowledge base without starting from scratch.
